Delivery Costs
We try to keep our delivery costs fair. Costs are based on the weight of the items in your basket and the amount of packaging needed to protect them in transit. Details are always clearly shown before checkout.

Local Pickup
If you live locally, select our free "Pickup in Person" option when checking out. That way you can shop from home, pickup your order when it's convenient to you and avoid any delivery charges.

Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item, simply contact us within 7 days of receipt and then post it back to us to receive a refund. Printed items featuring your own images cannot be refunded however, unless there is a fault with the printing.
